How do we buy a prefabricated house?

📋 Steps to Purchase

1️⃣ Choose Your Project

📐 You choose your project from our website or catalog or by visiting our office in Asprovalta.

2️⃣ Contract

🖊️ The contract is concluded in our office.

3️⃣ Payment Method

💳
a) 50% advance upon conclusion of the contract;
b) 50% before transportation.
c) Payments must be made by bank transfer.

4️⃣ Conceptual Design

📄 We provide you with a conceptual design - floor plan of the house you ordered within 14 days of concluding the contract.

5️⃣ Building Permits

🏛️ You must prepare the project documentation and obtain building permits from your municipality.

6️⃣ Concrete Foundation

🏗️ You prepare the concrete foundation according to the previously specified project.

7️⃣ Assembly Work

👷 The assembly work is carried out by a master (salary 200 euros / day + transportation + accommodation + food). The number of masters may vary.

8️⃣ Assistants & Tools

🛠️ You need to organize 4 more people - assistants to the master and the necessary installation tools (circular saw, angle grinder, drill, welding machine, pliers, etc.)

9️⃣ Transportation

🚚 Transportation is your responsibility, it is not included in the price.

🔟 Invoice

🧾 We issue an invoice on behalf of the person making the payment.

1️⃣1️⃣ Finishing Works

🎨 Floor screed, parquet and tile work, painting work and silicone seals are your responsibility.

The materials for the construction of the ordered house, which are included in the base price, are:
